We'll be opening our doors for seminars and food. It's a great time to stop by, learn, visit with H2O/Leader staff, and checkout some great deals on used equipment.
Open House Schedule
- 7:30am – 4:30pm: Showroom is Open
- 8:00am: Coffee and Donuts
- 9:30am: Brad Gillilan, author of "The Boiling 101 Notebook" will begin our morning seminar talking about the boiling process and how to operate an evaporator. He will share some tips on different ways you can get the most out of your evaporator, and if you add enhancements (RO, steam-away) how that can affect your evaporator. Later in the morning Brad will move from evaporators and boiling and will share some tips on filtering syrup and ways to make that process a little easier.

12:00pm: Lunch will be available for those in attendance at 12:00pm.
- Afternoon Session: Matthew Bascom will explain Bascom's Expectations, Requirements, and Process if you sell or are planning on selling bulk syrup to Bascom Maple Farms. He will also cover how to grade maple syrup and explain some tips on identifying off-flavors in maple syrup.
