This 16"x16" Canning unit comes with a stand that has an adjustable shelf and a 65,000 BTU burner. The pan is a stainless welded pan that comes with a 3/4" draw-off valve. There is a filter rack and stainless cover as well.

The thermometer fitting size is 1/2" so if you are using one of our dial thermometers you will need a 1/2" to 1/4" reducing bushing (VRBS05012).
