The Z arm hot sap regulator. This is used on a Grimm evaporator or the Leader Patriots and is designed for the newer style float (#FG3). This Z arm has more of a fork coming off it, that hooks onto both sides of the main stem on the float. The packing for it is a item # ELPK

The old style Z arms had just a pin coming off in the middle of it.
