This candy machine is a great way to increase your maple profits. This machine will reduce the labor involved in making maple candy. The stainless steel worm efficiently reduces grain to bring out the finest quality maple texture.
The stainless steel pan, sometimes called a "pig", has a valve so you can regulate the amount of cooled syrup that feeds into the trough where the worm does the mixing for you. At the far end of the trough is another valve that makes filling candy molds a breeze. This machine can make up to 15 pounds of candy in a batch.
Some producers also use this machine to mix their maple cream.
