A temporary grade set produced by the Vermont Sugar Makers Association. This grade set is the most commonly used grade set by producers in the industry. Designed for a one year use and then it should be replaced. Includes the wooden holder, an empty sample bottle for your syrup, and three grade bottles (Golden, Amber, Dark Robust). All you need to do is fill the sample bottle and hold it up to a light. Your sample must be lighter than the listed grade. If it is darker than the Dark Robust it would fall in the Very Dark Strong Taste Grade. Additional empty sample bottles sold separate (GLBT1).
