This is a 1/2lb almond Sugarhill plastic cream jar with a tri-colored sugaring scene wrapped around it. There is no state name on these jars so they may be used in any state. There is a description on the uses of maple cream, as well as the jar capacity in both English and metric measurements printed on it.
