2' X 8' H2O HXL Demo Evaporator all Bricked w/H2O pans (used at our Open House with water). It has Cross Flow Pans, Sight Gauge, Window in the door, and a Blower on the Arch. Comes with 16' of 10" stainless smoke stack (wheels not included).

Sap Inlet is on the right side and the syrup draw-off is on the left side. 

This should evaporator around 48 gph. 

This is a new evaporator that was run 2 days at our open house.
