Steam Kettle, Vulcan Hart Corp. Model SL40. We believe it may hold 40 gallons, but not sure of that.

Used 325 Gallon Horizontal Plastic Tank with a 2" Drain. This tank has a 16" cover on top. The tank measures 38" wide x 68" long x 43" high.

Used Marcland Automatic Draw-off Complete with a Brass Paddle Valve. Comes with the Temperature Probe and wire.

40"x20" Welded Cross Flow Syrup Pan, Excellent. 2" tri-clamp pan connections, and 1.5" tri-clamp drawoff fittings.
